What happens in a Reiki treatment?
All you have to do is lie down (or maybe sit in a chair) and relax. i will place my hands gently on various points on your body and allow the Reiki healing energy to flow into you. You may feel warmth, tingling or see lovely colours. You will feel very relaxed and may even go to sleep.
What is Life Coaching?
It’s taking time with an experienced and empathetic listener to find out what it is you really want and then together devising a plan to get there. As your Life Coach I can help you deal with a range of issues including; career, relationship, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, various health problems, finding your life purpose.
What will I gain from doing Yoga?
There are so many benefits to be gained from a regular Yoga practice. You will gain flexibility and muscle tone, better breathing habits which will improve all the physical processes in your body and an ability to relax easily.
