Receiving a Treatment

At the first consultation a full case history is taken and we'll discuss your needs. Then you can just lie back and relax while I place my hands on you gently - or maybe in the aura - and let the healing energy flow. You may feel sensations of heat or cold or tingling during the treatment and some people see beautiful, vivid colous. You may even suddenly gain insight into solving the challenges of your life.

The Reiki treatment takes about an hour with some time to relax afterwards. The room is warm and quiet ensuring your privacy. Reiki is complementary to orthodox medicine and will not interfere with any medication you are taking, on the contrary, it may enhance your treatment. It strengthens your innate healing abilities and will boost any other health routine you may be following. Many clients choose to have a regular Reiki treatment as part of their health care program. After receiving some treatments, for a while you may discover a desire to move on to learning how to give Reiki treatments to yourself and to other people.
